Returns Policy
Packaging
All merchandise is shipped in plain packaging for the utmost in discretion.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within 24 hours M-F. Any orders placed after 2PM eastern on Friday as well as Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday.
United States
We strive to ship all orders received before 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on the same day. Back orders are shipped per your instructions. Orders are shipped via, USPS, UPS Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver unless other arrangements are requested. We reserve the right to choose a different shipper than chosen at the time of checkout, based on cost and location. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and C.O.D. fees.

We ship only to the United States and Canada.

Any current or future free shipping promotions are to the United States only.
Back Order Policy
We make every effort to make sure all products on our website are in stock. However, we can't carry every item in our store, so we do drop ship some items. We have several vendors we can order from, so we don't anticipate this happening very often. We will notify you immediately if a product is not available and will have to be back ordered. We will offer you a complete refund or give you the option of a product of equal or greater value. It is up to you.
Returns
Our return policy is simple. We don't accept them in most cases. Given the nature of the products, we don't think you would shop with us if we allowed returns. In the event of a problem with a product, we will do everything we can to assist in helping you contact the manufacturer for warrantied items.
Defective Product
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported to the manufacturer within the specified warranty period. Contact the manufacturer directly in those instances.
Refused/Returned Order
Refused or returned orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment of additional shipping cost. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders.
Damaged/Shortages
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or shortages must be reported to AfterDark Fantasies within 24 hours from the receipt of goods.
If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact your sales us with the reference number assigned by the carrier.
