Packaging

Back Order Policy
We make every effort to make sure all products on our website are in stock. However, we can't carry every item in our store, so we do drop ship some items. Returns
Our return policy is simple. We don't accept them in most cases. Given the nature of the products, we don't think you would shop with us if we allowed returns. Defective Product
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported to the manufacturer within the specified warranty period. Contact the manufacturer directly in those instances.
Refused/Returned Order
Refused or returned orders can be shipped once with additional shipping charges added. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment of additional shipping cost. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders.
Damaged/Shortages
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or shortages must be reported to AfterDark Fantasies within 24 hours from the receipt of goods.
If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact your sales us with the reference number assigned by the carrier.
